are the turbo sportivos 2001?
anyway, it's a turbo, and it has a small FMIC.
they have the factory bodykit, front lip, side skirt...etc
what do u mean by real sportivo?
I don't think anyone with this corolla would pretend to be a sportivo.
if someone do put all these bodykits and badges in, it's simple to tell when u look into the engine bay.
and if someone wanna do a engine conversion, no one will be that stupid to put those crap turbo engines in it.

FMIC = Front Mounted Inter-Cooler
nothing wrong wif the turbo, it's just small, and the engine wouldn't take any more boost.
the power is around 110-120kw at flywheel only.

a good car dealer dont mean shit. my mate bought one from my old work (a toyota dealer) for $25 000 but at the time i didnt know him, other wise i woulda told him the guy who owned it flogged the crap out of it and we had already rebuilt the motor once plus done various other things. since i worked at the new place (not a dealer) we've rebuilt the engine for him and it needed all new pistons which had to be ordered from japan cause his were distroyed, and i know for a fact he didnt flog the car but the previous owner blocked off the wastegate and the dealer didnt realise and sold it to him like that so the car shit itself and they wouldnt pay up cause they claim my friend did it.
ok thats my story but anyway, the cars look good and go ok but not worth the money. i very much doubt you will find a normal corolla converted to one of these cause their too new and not that quick. look inside the caibn there should be sportivo decals and also a build number on the centre console.

And they were all tiger mica ( that orangy colour )
easiest way to narrow the field down !
they are only Slightly turbocharged - not majorly boosted , has a tiny turbo on it thats good to make it pull harder - with no - to minimal lag
apparently they were a nice drive compared to the standard one - and pretty hard to find - if you get a good one - its worth keeping as stock as possible for resale later on
