Have a look at: http://www.supraforums.com/forum/showthread.php?s= &threadid=143293 I can't quite work out why there is a problem with the '1st generation' 1Js PCV valve arrangement, but there it is. Peter (who doesn't even have a PCV valve on his 1J yet!) [Report message to a moderator]

Mine has the first generation PCV valve and blows a lot of smoke when idling for a while. Give it a good rev and it goes away, so I'd suspect there is some merit to this article. [Report message to a moderator]

I guess I'll know if it is the oil seals in the turbos when I put the single turbo on and (fingers crossed) it stops smoking. [Report message to a moderator]
