to what end are you wanting to learn a CAD program?
AutoCAD is prolly the widest used program in the world and the easyiest to find a cracked copy online.
otherwise ther is:
Mircostation
Intelli CAD (auto CAD ripoff)
CADman
Eagle
off the top of my head.
AutoCAD is a little daunting when you first start off but using the help files and tutorial gets you going pretty quick.

Basic AutoCAD is pretty easy to master.... The more you look into what it can do the harder it gets.(and the more it crashes )

I have that problem... I mean sort of. I was trying to draw the thread on a screw. It would be the same function on CAD. It took me hours on many occasions before I gave up.

i use Solid Edge at uni and i have an academic copy if u want it, its full function as far as i know except on printouts it says solidedge academic in really faint font in the bottom corner.
its pretty good to do 3dmodels in because you can pull the 2d views of the faces from it
