the 386 is the 100kw 4age and it will fit.
The 86kw 4age one is larger, and will also fit.

i personally WOULD NOT use the Z386 for a gze or ge. let me explain in relation to genuine toyota oil filters.

- 4ac's, 4afc's and 4afe's use 90915-YZZC3 whos equivalent is Z386
- 4age's and 4age's use 90915-YZZC4 which is a longer, larger capacity oil filter. i do not know the equivalent as i only ever use genuine oil filters on my car.
now for those who work at toyota i know the part numbers are superseeded and the C4 is now an E2 but i dont know the C3.

becuase its a smaller capacity oil filter, the ge's are meant to have a larger oil filter. i dunno maybe it just means they will block up quicker and need replacing sooner but why risk it just get the larger one. i dunno the replacement for the C4 but couldnt be too hard to find out.
genuine toyota ones are about $15, expensive, but very good quality and how much do you pay for oil? having said that i use genuine oil filters but gulf western oil which i get for approx $4 for 4 litres hahaha. and the reason i use genuine filters is i used to work at toyota so...
