The most obvious answer is your master cylinder is stuffed. Rebuilding it is cheap and easy though.

is the fluid disappearing from the resivoir?, if so like norbie says sounds like the master cylinder, when this was leaky on my sprinter, it leaked into the car, leaving a nice pool of clutch fluid on the floor of the drivers seat, i had issues for weeks before i realised it was leaking into the car.
matty.

I wouldnt think it was the master, the car has only done 100,000kms, plus it was working fine with the old setup, before I did the conversion. And im not loosing any fluid either. Maybe it just has a serious amount of air, being a new slave and all?

Skip,
As the boys above said. Sounds like your Master Cylinder is stuffed as well.
I say buy a new one, less messy ! And they aren't that expensive if you buy non-genuine.
Cheers
