Ive done a search already, so please bear with me. Ive done a 4AGE conversion in an AE86 so im quite familiar with that. Basically, is it worth it? Im aware of the 2TG but the owner of the car is quite set on a 4AGE. Im told AE71 crossmember and mounts are needed, not to mention a AE86 T50. Any help is greatly appreciated.

You can actually use the T18 crossmember, the engine mounts dont quite fit, but brute force will get them in
Remember AE71/86 crossmember means changing to rack+peanut

That's exactly what I'd be doing! Rack and peanut = good.

Yeasch, bloody tree-munching forest-hugging hippies How about the Rock'n Peanut - it's like a racoon, only this one has 3 feet of hair, sunnies, tight black pants, and.... get the idea? Now that's what I want steering MY car!
