no the std, airbox does not fit anymore...

The airflow meter of a vl comodore is the same patternas a 1g. It has an adapter that allows a 3 in ended pod filter to be attached. does have a very small gap theat needs to be filled..
i tigged mine up but you could probly fill it with something else.
