I saw somebody post that RA65 front disc setup will fit straight onto an RT142.
Since I don't know much about cars,
If I was going to go to the wreckers, what are all the parts I would need to get?

OK then.
To answer the original question, you want the hub/rotor assembly and the calipers from an SA63 or RA65 Celica. While you're at it grab a set of new wheel bearings from Repco or whatever.
A friend of mine did exactly this on his ST141 Corona and it was literally a bolt-on job. I assume an RT142 would be the same.

hmmm, is there a difference between the RA65 and a RT142 Brake Master Cylinder?
And if it is...
Will I need the RA65 brake master cylinder for use with the larger disc brakes?

I'm pretty sure the RA65 master cylinder has a 15/16" bore. Check your master cylinder, the bore size should be stamped on it somewhere. Note that it's relatively cheap and easy to get yours bored out to a larger size if necessary.
