Cheap and Good quality polishing and plating in brissy

I'm after a really good polish/plate on my EFI hardware for an 18RG in brisbane.
I don't know whether i want to plate or polishing, as i'd rather clean the parts every week or two. I think plating is the best, right???
I need the tappet cover, intake plenham, throttle body, injector rail and fuel rail done, as well as other bits and pieces plated/polished.
What would the prices be?
And where in BRISBANE do u recommend?

Sorry dude I could tell you where to go in south Sydney and northern Tassy but Brissy is still unexplored territory for me. Let me know who you find and what the quality and price is like?
I'm putting together my own network of Brissy contacts ready for the big move.
