As the topic states, FWD... no gearbox. some accessories, Came out of perfectly running car due to 20 Valve conversion.

Price drop to $300.. Don't be shy, the worst I can say is no..
In brisbane, can deliver if necessary to brisbane/toowoomba/Gold Coast area.

Hey fella's.. the motor is at a workshop, but I am picking it up tomorrow afternoon so will be able to tell you exact details then, probably even be able to chuck a compression tester on it this w/e... It has all the accessories like manifold/alternator/standard clutch/etc car was test driven before the 20V went in, and it all drove fine, didn't blow any smoke...

Okay ppl I have pics finally, sorry about the stuffing around, Someone has knocked the dizzy cap and broken 2 of the lead sockets. I have the clutch too although it's not in the pictures, it's nothing out of the ordinary but it is in good condition.

Pics at http://www.pbase.com/deejayess82/motor

I haven't been able to get a compression tester on it as I don't have the starter motor to crank it. didn't blow any smoke and was in good condition when it was pulled out, sorry but that's about all I can tell you...

Therefore

Price drop to $300.

hey, id say that "someone" was me. anyway, its hard to tell, but after taking a closer look at the pics, it looks like a large port motor, if so, i am probably not interested.

I had a look at it and it appears to have 3 vertical ribs on the intake side of the block. came from a 86 to 88 model Corolla, can't remember the exact year now.

Also there is TVIS stamped on the top of the intake manifold.
I now have a twincam gearbox also for sale for fairly cheap

I live on the Southside of Bris... Near Logan.

The gearbox is FWD... standard twin cam, nothing wrong with it I found out AFTER I changed it, turned out to be a wheel bearing. Mad Mad

Pm me with an offer on the intake, I wasn't planning to pull it down, but if there is any interest in it, I may aswell...

Lets See, If you can delever in brisbane, and the engine is in WORKING CONDIION, Tell me Excatly what you will include in the deal, and how much i would need to do to convert it to a rear wheel drive ke70 corolla (i have SOME previous expirence in this area, but not much)

Im starting to become intrested the more i think about it...

Contact me asap on Teddy_rulz_12@Hotmail.com and maybee we can talk some more...

P.s - you said you would consider swaping for a 19 inch? i have
a 19 inch hyundai, its 1 year old and ive had no problems with it at all. I purchased it brand new and still have all the reciepts to go with it... maybee we CAN strike a deal after all..
