today while i was driving along i noticed a grinding noise coming from my front right wheel nd i asked friends and they said its either my brakes or bearings which of them would it most likely be or could it be something else?... also how do i fix it

the pads were scrapping on the disc and i spread them a bit but its back again

Jack the car up and turn the wheel. you'll here it if its the pads.

Give the wheel a good shake from side to side, if its the wheel bearing there will be a lot of free play.
