dunno about you, but I wouldn't be wanting to ruin a major police drug bust.
although equally I'd be almightily pissed off about being approached with guns drawn.
would be tempted to claim psychological trauma, ptsd, get them in a lot of trouble.

Anyway, the #8217 thing is 'cuz I usualy write it in word, then copy and past it here. Especialy when I'm tired. I do that 'cuz I can't spell for shit, and word has a handy spell checker built right in there. But the 'quotes' in word come out as codes in this edit window thing.
