I'm picking them up from an auction in Japan through a friend of mine who happens to be handy for these things. I won't say how much they cost me or you'll get insanely jealous. Let's just say I have a big grin on my face.
I can give you his contact details if you want him to chase up some rims for you, but be warned it took him a while to find something suitable for me. Almost everything is +35 offset or more.

Very nice.
Heaps of dish and the offset is not too bad. The centre piece must be very flat to have that sort of dish with that offset.
I'm happy with my 16x8 B45 Simmons with +23mm offset, but they are certainly very nice indeed.
What tyres are you planning to fit ?
Starting to spend a bnit of money Norbs ? Rob a bank
Cheers

Yeah, I recently changed jobs and got a bit of a lump sum from my ex employer because they never let me take holidays in 2 years. And what better way to spend a lump of cash than to blow it all on your Supra?
OK if you want some Jap rims, have a chat to John at sales@importbitz.com and tell him Norbie sent ya. Just be patient though; as mentioned above, it's hard to find 4x114.3 rims with low offset.

My bad, these rims are actually 5x114.3mm. As luck would have it, I know where to buy a pair of MS65 hubs which I'll hopefully be picking up tomorrow morning. 5-stud conversion here I come!

Karl: yes indeed, Soarer John. He seems to have a pimpin' black Crown fetish now though.
Stu: sure thing, I'll take you for a strap at Dubbo if you're brave enough. Of course if the Celica is in decent running condition by then (fat chance) I'll be taking that instead.

Is a 25mm offset wheel that wide going to clear the strut at the front? The rears would probably be fine, but the fronts would be touch and go...

I have a feeling my new rims won't be getting installed for quite a while now! I know a conversion isn't necessarily that hard to do, but I know I'm a lazy sod and it will take forever to actually do it.
I have found a source of MS123 rear hubs though so that's a start at least...
