MA70 aircon Sat, 29 November 2003 01:33 Go to next message
Summer has arrived down here and my aircon is not working (

Supply power direct to A/C clutch works fine..
Gas level is fine...
Presure switchs are fine...
Light comes on when switch is pressed...
Wireing looks fine!

Got me stumped... and I cant find the Relay for the magnetic clutch anyone know where its located?

Thanks

Allan

I may be stating the obvious here, but there are pressure switches that will stop the clutch engaging when it is low on gas...

How do you know your gas is fine?

He got it regassed yesterday! It works really well if you connect the AC directly to the battery. Brrrr, my nipples are erect.Laughing

Again well done to the good people at Cygnus who magnanimously have posted the whole MA70 TRSM on line.

Could there be a leak in the system and it's all leaked out?

Oh no, it's still all there. Still works beautifully when you bypass the 4 km of wiring.
