Ae92 CS Sedan concept!

Hey,
I've had a few concepts for a while about a ae92 CS sedan with the following
A engine swap (maybe 20 valve or even a 100kw)
SX dash
Levin GTZ Seats
a nice stereo
lowered a few inches
Front strut
16" mesh spokes
Now I'd still have to buy the car etc.
But yeah i drove the CS (ae92 sedan that dad owns)
and I took the revs up a fair bit higher today, 1st did 35kms, did about 70kms in second, and about 110 in third,
It was really quite a huge difference, as i found out i was changing gears at about 3000rpm, and the CS is quite gutless at around those kms.
I really wanted to make this my project car (its a first car)
And wanted to work on it bit by bit and really enjoy the time i'd spend on it and hope to keep it for a while,
The plan was to keep the 4afc for a while, and just enjoy giving it a nice drive etc. and then going for an engine swap later on down the track, for now just do a muffler and filter maybe but that would be it!
What should i be considering with this concept,
What am I leavin out..
I wanted to get some of u dudes to see if u could do the engine swap and then get someone to wire up the engine etc... But yeah its still an idea at the moment,
Or i could just get a ae82 twincam (I like em)
Regards
Adrian!

IF anything I'm slowly moving towards a ae92 Hatch in some ways, I can always spray the panels etc...
I'd like to do 20 valve, but the idea of a worked 100kw came into mind, maybe buy one thats been worked a bit..
But after all of this, how much better would it be than a Corolla SX?
