You have to have the pictures hosted on another website (such as someones personal webspace), once you have the pictures hosted somewhere then you can link to them.
To link there is a little icon (when you are posting your reply) that looks like a picture, press it and it will ask for the internet address of where the pic is hosted....it will insert the VB code for you and it should come up
