Go to the wreckers there, or go down the side of performance shops.
My brother found a T3/T4 hybrid in a dumpster!! He even asked the place if they were throwing all the turbos out (there was a pile) the little guy assured him they were. He picked the best one, cleaned it up and brought it back in his luggage.
Its worth about a thousand bucks! Its in good nick although might need a rebuild but hey 1000 bucks in a dumpster!

Also try and do a direct translation of the names of the perfomance shops. They're often quite funny.
