Assuming you're talking about the 3.0 litre single turbo version of the Soarer, you will find that the CT26 turbo it comes with is way too big for a 1.6 litre engine. Yes you could do it if you really wanted to, but it wouldn't make any useful boost under most conditions.

Norbie, he might have been thinking of the GZ20 series... 1G-GTE engined Soarers.
That said, a single CT12 turbo might be too small for a 1.6L engine.

you have to make your picture small like in photoshop or something, and soarer how could a turbo be to small for it? wouldnt it just spool us really fast? which is a good thing?

If it's the 3.0GT, it has the 7M-GTE engine with CT26 turbo as Norbie mentioned. Way too big for a 1.6L engine.
