I dropped a 5ME dizzy straight in to my old 4M. Use the 5ME coil and ignitor. Set it and forget it.

I used a 5ME Coil and ignitor however you will need to make sure that you get the plate that sits under the dizzy on the 5ME otherwise it won't bolt to the bloc

come around and have a look at mine justin

Yeah what they said.
Only thing to whatch out for is if you have air-con fitted as the 5M dist plate may foul it.
This happened on the 65 i have and i had to grind part of the air-con bracket away to make it all fit.
