Iknew it had to friggin happen!!! The u beaut digital fuel gauge has faded and I can't see it, nothing gradual-fine yesterday dead today. Is this easy to fix??? Does anyone know who can do this??

No the gauge stille reads but it's gone VERY faint and is barely legible. I thought there was a fix it for Soarer digital dash and surely this must be the same set up? Anyone??????

I'd say its just a transistor thats gone
But it could be cheaper to replace the whole thing with a wrecked one, than try and get someone to find which transistor

okie dokie
time to hijack the thread...
as my digital gauge in my supra seems to have pooped itself too.
i was very very low in petrol the other night, so naturally, it read dead empty.
filled it up tonight, and still only reads one little block, even with the fuel scale button pushed.
and i put $55 or something in it, so i know its full.
what could this mean??

sometimes on a REALLY full fill, youll max out the sender, and the gauge doesnt know what to do - and reads empty, then once you use a few litres, the gauge can make sense of the reading an hits full
i hate the digi dash
