no 'e's on either....

also, here's your "logic"
english is a fucked up non-logical language.
take for example the word "toe"...take the "e" off the end, and it goes from something on the end of your foot, to a word that sounds the same as the number 2, which incidently, is spelt differently again...as in "two"

sorry to highjack, but the real question should be is the correct pronounciation "Haich or is it aich (for letter H)?
any one who thinks it's Haich - please explain why.

It's haich because that is what was drilled into my head during primary school There is no real such thing as "standard" english as someone will always have a different interpretation.
