easy to work out.
capacity of motor (in cubic feet), multiply by max rpm, divide by two, then multiply by boost ratio (ie by 2 if you have 1 bar boost, 3 for 2 bar boost)

I am using a turbo of a ET pulsar (early) and have made my own manafold up. Have got it up and running but need bigger converter as i can only run around 3psi before runs out of gas. but goes a lot better just with that. used to run on avgas at about 14psi but to expensive to use every day .

An impco 200d will be perfect for your application.
I ran my 5k at 15psi with no problems.
