Just out of curiosity, what is the difference between the standard zenki japspec to a kouki one.

you've raised a good point....no difference actually (afaik). I dont know what i was thinking...theres next to no chance of obtaining a kouki rear so either will do

thanks shcao

If you have a close look, the kouki rear bar has an extra groove / line however no one notices this, especially if the bumpers are black.

Nick - I've never seen anyone sell one of these here in Australia however Gingernuts was selling a kouki front bar a while back. Perhaps he also has a kouki rear bar? No harm in contacting him as he's moving house and is having a sale at the moment.

i'd noticed that on bill sherwoods site...all other examples i'd seen of kouki/zenki rear bumpers looked alike so i thought it was aftermarket...interesting

thanks for the info daryl Smile

the AE86 (hatchback) levin rear bumper does not have the numberplate holes cut into it. it uses 2 lamps bolted to the rear panel, either side of the number plate. The Notchback and Some truenos have this arrangment also i recall
