Could someone please tell me what DOME stands for? Or what it is? I seem to be blowing the DOME fuse.

Best I can do is to say that in years gone by, probably before you were born, the interior lights in cars were circular and dome-shaped. so they were called dome lights. The dome fuse usually services the interior light and associated door switches.
