I'm located in melbourne, eastern suburbs. Non neg at the moment, you have to see the car to appreciate it. As i told you in our pm's it's a bargain. The closer to the price advertised i may just throw in the brake upgrade (trying to get some pics).

Photos don't do justice at all. It's a real neat paint job with a nice purple pearl through it. Awesome starting point for a project.
Good luck with the sale

Brakes may be sold, so i'll now take offers over $2000 without the spare brakes. The car is fully drivable and reliable, its got good rubber on the tyres. Man the only thing this car needs is a quicker engine.

Might have more luck if you lower your price to a more reasonable one for a ke20.

i too was thinking the same thing, all its got is a paint job man, nothing special really.
a more realistic price would be 1500-2000, at the end of the day, its just a resprayed ke20
and thats my opinion

By the looks from the pictures, ill put an offer down of $1500
Also considering you said the price is neg. please consider my bid.
It looks a nice car, but the question is, why dont you want to do it all yourself?
If i had, or resprayed a ke20, id be putting a new engine in at straight away!
Thanks,
Brett!

The reason for me not doing this baby up is that i've all ready got a ke25 (check out in the members rides section). And i need the cash to finish it off. And i also know some members go to the trouble of doing all the engine side of it and then when it comes time for the body their asking about panelbeaters and spraypainters, so as you see i've done it the other way around to make it easier for some.

it looks pretty clean and straight, we all know how much a respray can cost, so i dont think 2k ( non neg ) is too much.........good luck with the sale man, u deserve 2.5k but will be lucky to get $1800, even tho they go for that with out paint for clean ones, well in sa n e way

Thanks Truenosedan for your support and comments at least someone understands how much a respray costs. It honestly looks a lot better in person than in those shitty photos, i need to get some good clear photos. Trying to find a friend with a better camera. No offense Brendan. Thanks again Jay.

Thanks Jay.

does that "taco" come with sour cream and cheese? it's not factory btw, some did come with a factory tacho though, in place of the temp gauge etc

no i believe that tacho may have been an option for ones without the in-dash one, as i have seen one or 2 other ke20's around melb with the exact same brand and placement of tacho.

Hi Josh,
The whole car is back together now, in the photo's i was still in the process of putting it all together. As for a roadworthy it would'nt take much maybe a couple hundred, motor's good, tyres are new, new wheel bearings, brakes are v.good and every little thing works on it. I'd say it would only need front shocks(maybe) and maybe a tie-rod end. It's a great car, come have a look at it!
