Hey does anyone know much about car batteries, which are the strongest, have the most value, and have the smallest footprint?
its for a toyota camry 89, im having trouble with my current battery, failing on me after idling for periods of time, in traffic, with the stereo and air conditioner on,
ive been looking arund for batteries so far i found
Apollo for $60 and a factory seconds for $35 at a cabrammatta auto shop
(apparentely a very cheap place to shop, me thinks where nark would obtain his stuff
Champion Exxide for $55 at Autopro Fairfeild
i would go for the champion but my dad reckons the factory seconds battery will do the job, im not convinced, anyone have their opinion on car batteries?
(i would glady pay more for a premium quality battery)

personally i'd get the best battery i could afford (within reason)
i've always been hapy with EXIDE EVOLUTION batteries. seem to have a bit of poke, and last many full discharges heh heh. nothing like driving home at night with a dead alternator
cheap batteries work as well, but may not have the reserve of power needed if you have problems with your car.
