who makes custom surge tanks?

Hello, just wanted to know if anyone is aware of a company who makes custom surge tanks in the Sydney area?
About 4 years ago I had one made but no idea who by. Was quite good though and I just had to draw some diagrams of what I wanted and they made it up for around $140.
I now need a slightly larger one with a bigger diameter pipe feeding the pump. Instead of having mine modified figure its best to get another made up.
Anyone know?

Anyone handy with a welder should be able to knock one up, I just got a friend with a MIG to make mine...
