Hey all,
i recently purchased my first car a ke30!
im 15 yrs old and getting it roadworthy next yr sometime

Hey mate,
Your KE30 seems pretty sweet for what you paid for it. Nice colour too. I have a KE55 which I just bought a month ago, which I am just beginning to restore. (and just bought a KE30 wreck today for its 3K engine and 4-speed box..the engine was rebuilt about 10 years ago, and hasnt even done 1000km since then!) So I am looking at either modifying the 3K, or porting the 3K head and putting it on the 4K thats in my KE55.

thanks for the email.
yeah im trying to find a ke30 wreck as well for panels and fenders. Nice wagon d00d pretty clean and all heaps of them ke38's get around up here except there all beaten up

Hey champ..
I am currently taking some photos of my KE55 at the moment, and when I get the KE30 home, I will take a few shots of that too... the body is as sad as all hell, I honestly think there is more rust on that than anything I have EVER seen..not a single panel could be salvaged. But the interior and mechanicals are schmick and thats all I need for the moment.
I am looking at replacing the KE55 dash face with the older KE30 because I dont particularly like the silver plastic on the KE55, and I think the black vinyl face of the KE30 looks sweet.

yeah well tell me when ya have some piccies of ya ke55 too and get a good one of the engine. What yr is ur ke55 and ke30?
i dont know how many k's my 4k has done but mine had originially a 3k but when i got it the 4k was in so i got pretty lucky. I dont know what the color is im gunno go back to the guy i bought it from and ask him coz i wanna get new doors and fenders coz all the doors are full of bog and there is a bit of panel damage at front left fender.

Hey dan,
your ke55 is pretty straight and looks nice and original.
yeah i wanna take off my rocker cover and shit and get it sprayed i will do that in the near future. Yeah im keepin the 4K-C in my car and doing it up i agree there easy to work on. Anyway keep me posted on both your corolla's
