Im doing a turbo conversion for my 4agze. I have a bigport head with larger cams and a lot of port work done. I have the chance to get one of these turbos at a good price. What I wanted to know is what rpm would a turbo like this start coming on boost on the map 4agze engine?
I think this turbo has the 0.70 A/R compressor housing.
Thats what I was thinking it was going to be. Im kind of used to a bit of lag though I had a IHI VF22 on my WRX and boost only starts about 3 grand and pulled hard all the way to the rev limiter.
Does anyone know/estimate what kind of power I would be getting with this turbo on a 4agte?
Hey, My mate's got a 4AGZE with a T28 Ball Bearing turbo instead off the supercharger and it hits full boost just after 3000rpm. Dont know if thats any help to you...
