Selling on behalf of my girlfriends brother, will have the car & pics in melbourne in 2 weeks.
1972 TA22 celica
*resprayed tiger mica (gold)
*prof lowered, 15in polished alloys, new tyres
*polished half cage, sunroof
*full custom re-trimmed interior in black (cloth/vinyl)
*sports steering wheel/gear knob, tacho etc
THE MOTOR:
2T-G (yamaha head), bored & stroked to 2 litre
*ported & polished head, big valves, big cams
*straight cut timing gears (sounds awesome!!)
*bottem end rebuilt & balanced with forged pistons
*twin 40mm webbers custom extractors & 2 1/2 inch exhaust
*steel case 5spd box, h/duty clutch
body/interior/engine bay & boot fully detailed
will have 10 months reg & vic roadworthy
asking price of $8800, cost alot more to build, only new parts used, very quick and reliable car.

well, the lucky buyer will have a reason to join the Newly formed Classic Celica Club of Victoria. The car sounds great.
ps. it might be an idea to mention the people who did work on the engine.
