I have an ae82 rolla. I have decided to fit a 4age in place of the 4ac. can anyone tell me if my 4ac accsessories will fit the 4age ie. a/c compressor and piping, alternator, clutch throw out and fork, starter motor etc. I was going to put a carb on it but can only get twin weber manifolds, so its going to be cheaper to keep the injection and use a ems ecu. I have experience with the ems stinger so wiring and tuning wont be a hassle. Are there any other pitfalls to look out for? It is a seca if that makes any difference.
I believe the 4age use a grooved pulley and belt where as the 4ac used a v groove belt, so i dont they are interchangable.
Gearbox and so forth are a straight swap i think?
You may need to use 4age flywheel which is a little bit bigger so the clutch and pressure plate will need to be changed, although they should come with the motor
