Storing Your Baby Away

In a few weeks, I'm putting my car (GT-4) into storage for at least 12 months, if not longer.
Anything special I should be doing preparation wise before locking it up & giving mother the keys?? (and instructions not to drive it while I'm away, )

Naw, just lend the car to me. I'll take care of her for ya.
I don't like your chances of getting it back in 12 months though... wait, did I just say that last bit out loud?! Shit.

Jack it up and put it on stands, start the car and let it idle for 5-10 minutes every fortnight.
When you start driving it again, I'd cyphon (sp?) the old fuel out and fill it with new stuff.
Apart from that it should be right... For obvious reasons try and store it in a garage or something, wouldn't want it exposed to the sun for 12 months straight.

Run the Air Con for 10 mins once every month or so. Apparently it helps. Your supposed to run the AC for 10 mins once a month during winter aswell (as I would assume you would use it often during summer. )

I will look after it for free if you like? I have looked after my car very nicely and I am sure I can for yours too
