Perhaps I dreamed it. It said on a news update that the Labour government was going to start backing plans to announce where speed cameras where being set, and giving a 10km/h buffer. 
It's probably just for Victorians to get excited about, sorry everyone else.
Interesting that nobody else heard this. I can't seem to find anything about it in any of the news websites, so either it's realy realy new, or I just imagined it.

Perhaps, but most likely perhaps not.
But one thing for sure, I won't vote labor if this is the sort of thing they try to do to get votes.
To me, trying to "root for the average australian" by trying to "give them a fair go" all the while putting these false pretenses towards a blatant revenue raiser that does nothing for road tolls is not going to blind me to think they are the "good guys".

YAY for cruzen at 120 on the hume  should drop some time off the sydney run
just need the no tail lights switch and no speed limiter for the night run in NSW

I tried to actually, that was that crazy stuff that popped up in the first post.
News is good to hear for all you people down South. I know i wouldn't want to be driving down there with the current 1km over and double demerits!
