Im selling my 86 corolla which Ive owned for almost 5 years. It currently has 190,000kms on the clock. The car is serviced every 5000, all the water pipes have just been replaced with genuine toyota parts, new clutch 12,000kms ago. The car had a complete respray almost 2 years ago, the paint is still very fresh. Full new exhaust system 2 1/4 from manifold back including cat and stainless steel cannon, factory alloy wheels, windows tinted about 8 months ago with full metalic tint from tint a car with a 10 year warrenty. The sump gasket was redone to pass road worthy. Rego runs out in late april, great little not a cent more to spend, reason for selling, purchased a gti corolla 
I would like $4000 clear but I am negotiable

I have to say that this price is VERY fair if the car is in good nick. I originally had the mindset of not paying more than low 3ks for my rolla twinky. Within 1 week of buying it for $3200, I realised it needed about another $2000 of work just to be nice to drive. 
Best of luck with the sale mate, she sounds like a great example.
