Yesterday i had the little chrome hexagon valve caps stolen off my rims and that was annoying cause a new set is costing me 13 bucks but now im worried about the center caps
which are only held on by 1 allen key, i was wondering if theres any unique headed bolts that i could get so i dont have to worry?

Not exactly unique but not common either - you could try some Torx or bihexagonal bolts and actually Loctite them in.
Such bolts should be available at a decent specialist nut and bolt shop.
Thing is if the thieves really want them, they'll bash a screwdriver in and undo them that way.
PS: Not sure the bihexagonals are available that small. You will need to buy an appropriate socket (for Torx or bihexagonal) as well.

Torx no probs (they come in a large range of sizes), just can't be sure of the bihexagonals. As Ed said, bring in a sample.

Unique industrial security screw
IF you require a higher level of tamper-resistant screw coupled with the knowledge and peace of mind that the removal tool is not readily available, then the Cinstar screw, from Endeavour Tools, is what you need.
Cinstar is a new dimension in security fasteners. It offers high torque installation in A2 stainless steel with access to driver bits limited to authorised users whose names are kept in a register.
This new range provides extra security not available with other types of security recesses.
Endeavour has added the Cinstar to its powerful line up of security fasteners, the new five star recess with pin offers five times the security of ordinary machine screws.
The Cinstar screw is available in M4, M5, M6, and M8.
