heyz im about to get my 4AGE bigport buttom end replaced by a rebuilt one i have bought of a toymods member ... i was wondering if the TRD meta head gasket is worth putting in ... one of the guyz i have spoken to said that the metal head gasket wont last long and another said yes he highly recommends it ... so what do you guyz think ??
also whould the metal gasket actually improve anything ?? both in reliability and performance ??

MAKE SURE YOUR BLOCK AND HEAD ARE COMPLETLEY FLAT, metal and copper gaskets have a much less flex/crush rating compared to cork/fabric/ rubber ones, what ever they make it out of these days.
I think copper has a flex/crush rating of 0.001 of an inch which isnt much and the metal ones are even less. So to have a flat block and head is critical, other-wise your going to be undoing the head again.
Just my 2c worth.
