Exhaust side, down low. Probably easier to see it from UNDER the car.

just in front of the oil filter mount on the block, right next to the engine number. either that, or immediately behind the oil filter above the engine mount
pretty easy to see from above

I've got the car up on stands, and I have been looking around that area... Still can't see anything.
I am looking for a screw type sensor with a wire coming from it yes?

yep, threaded sender, sits pround of the block about 1", and the head of it is quite wide - in the 25-28mm region from memory. there should be a single, thermally shielded wire coing out from it.

in the dead middle at the far right hand edge. that little circular thing on the yellow, above the engine number ... thats it
