Im looking to make my ra go a little quicker so i bought 1g-gte conversion. However i do not know what size fuel lines i need to run and what kind of fuel pump would do the job (i was gonna use a vl turbo pump). i want to run the standard engine management but i am not to crash hot with wiring so if anyone knows of someone that can make a loom to suit i would be extremely grateful. I'm also looking to upgrade the brakes so that the car can be engineered, however i'm not sure what will suffice and what will fit the standard hubs. Does anyone know how much the 1g-gte weighs? and how much the 18r weighs? If anyone could help me out with any of these questions i would be very grateful.
cheers

Standard fuel lines are plenty big enough. A VL turbo pump will also work just fine.
As for brakes, try using the search function; Celica brake upgrades have been covered in great detail on this forum.

Grant, from Sixworks, should be able to sort out your wiring for you!
If you need more answers on the 1G-GTE into an RA23, just give drop me a PM, as a couple of years ago, I installed one of these into an RA28.
regards Chuck.

I now the 1g is very close to 250kg with all accessories,
Also you should look at an after market ecu that way you can get rid of the AFM and cut about 5-10kgs of usless wiring off to, as for the engine mounts what type are on your motor, I have the cast alloy mounts and I had to weld new mounting plates on my cross member.
If there is any thing else you would like to know just let me know
Cheers ben
