Summernats Meeting Points

Hi guys, just to let you know, that a lot of the CCG guys will be at the Thrifty Car Rentals Building in Braddon on Friday night.  We gather there to watch the cars cruise through, and generally chat.
Saturday night, from 7:00pm I will be at the Souther Cross Club in Woden. That's the south side of town. Rock up and page me, and I will sign you in! Have a meal, have a drink, get aquainted. The added advantage, is that it is away from the Pissheads at Natex. Looking forward to seeing you there.

Hi guys,
I have got scrutineering for Summernats on tonight, I am not sure if this is the first night for scrutineering?? Anyways, usually once a couple of nights of scrutineering have been on and quite a few cars have rolled into Canberra then Lonsdale St. in Braddon gets quite busy with people cruising and hanging out watching the cars.
It easy to find, right next to the city. If you are travelling down Northbourne Ave away from the Summernats venue of Exhibiton Park. Just before you reach the city turn left at the lights onto Girrawheen Street and then the second street on your right is Lonsdale Street. The end of Lonsdale Street you will first turn onto is the busy end. People generally cruise up and down there or through the city.
Those instructions should help you find it easy.

i think in the "summernats pack" they give you, has directions for the local cruise spots, having a look at a mates info pack today 
if not. follow the hoards of cars!
