What i want to know is if you swap over a RA60 power Steering rack and put it in to a RA 65. Also can you guys tell me what else ill need to make the car have power steering.

I'd assume it would be bolt in swap. you'll need the pump, rack, steering knuckles, vacuum lines and fittings, reservoir and fluid lines, and a wheel alignment to change over.

it is a straight swap, ive done it before
dont forget the idler pulley above the fan, and of course a belt !
