wtb: early model (71-72) TA22 celica taillights and centre

i need these with the flip down centre, i'm in nz but would be willing to pay freight if somebody could organise it or i'll be in Australia (probably sydney and melbourne) sometime around february. i could trade a set of later model lights in good condition or just pay the cost, up to you. the guy i got my car off had filled the normal filling position and cut a hole in the boot so i'm sort of committed to using a drop tank (plus they look fat) and i've got a stainless one to go in too.

in newcastle there is a set at the mini wreakers for $50, maybe when u come down a trip to newcastle (2hours from sydney) maybe in order?

dont suppose you'd be interested in stripping them off and sending them to me? not sure what postage would be but i'd pay $100 (aus) plus postage.
as long as they're good condition of course

they are a bit dull and the globe panel is missing on the bace which can be easily replaced with screw in type globe holders

alex_ta22, they sound like what i want, the chrome isn't too expensive to get redone over here but i'm not sure what you mean about the globe panel? you mean the bit that holds the light bulbs in? i could probably adapt my TA23 ones to fit anyway

Not exactly Alex, u have to chop out some of the panel in between your tail lights for them to fit if u have a post 72 TA22. Because the reverse lights are different and overlap over the body. pre 73 tail lights are slightly longer.
