Front of the car jumping (no i havent got hydrolics)

Up the front and it feels like its on the right hand side when im accelerating the car seems to jump as if your driving over those tiny speed humps from a one lane road coming onto a highway. I thought it was the power steering cause the joints were screwed and have since replaced that, yet it still seems to do it but not as bad.
I have swaped over the wheel to see if it was maybe a flat spot on the tyre or a buckled rim but it still does it.
Could it be somthing to do with the driveshaft or suspension?
any help appreciated thanks

when you go over little bumps...? i reckon it's your shock absorbers being well past their lifespan, our pulsar did that when i bought it for the wife and as soon as i changed the shocks it was fine.
