how much work will it take to put it in and have a certificate? any mechanics u know who have already done this job?

Mate, what you are after is a 3SGTE, not a 3TGTE. The 3S will bolt streight to your gear box without too much trouble. A 3TGTE wont and take too much stuffing around and isnt worth it.

hey justseeing if the engine has sold yet and if not can i have an idea of wht the price is for it coz i see these engines going for about $1000 with out gearbox and i was reading sum were on a web page where a guy paid only 2grand to get the stock engine and a w55 gearbox put into his car and it was a AU web site as well. cheers

How much do these engines normally go for?
I really wouldnt mind one for the ke20!
Would i be able to get a good condition one for around $1500?

may be interested mate, my car is in pieces at the moment so an engine upgrade would be fantastic right now. What car will the loom fit? Also how much're you after? do you have ta22 engine mounts and does anyone have a ta23 cross member?
