GZE Conversion Stalling

Well my first post in tech and conversions in a while.
I would like to say that my conversion went without a hitch and is working perfectly, but that would be a lie.
After some fueling problems (now fixed) i got the GZE idling, but it sounds like its running on 3cyls, and also when i try to apply throttle it almost "chokes" out. As if it isnt getting enough air or fuel. I cant quite tell which. Or it could even be the timing, which was redone when the waterpump was replaced at a mechanics. I know people who have had problems with these mechanics before, and so i wouldnt doubt that they screwed the timing either.
I have made a video of it starting here: http://www.dysfunction.ws/movies/gze_stall.mov
Can anyone give me a hand in troubleshooting it?
Cheers

i havnt downloaded your vid as my connection would take ages.
but did you change the timing belt? and if so are you sure you got the cam timing correct?
(just a stab in the dark with-out hearing the vid).

If you want to see if the car is running on 3 cyclnders , idle the engine , then pull out spark leads starting at cyclinder one , obviously this will affect the engine if you pull a cyclinder that is firing normally and you will notice a change in the engine.
However if you pull out a lead and nothing happens , then you have found the dead cyclinder. On the video it definatly doesnt sound good. And I have no idea on what is making it stall atm.

In fairness, it took almost two hours to find it.
The ECU earth wire which leads to the inlet manifold was just sitting there, it worked OK at idle (just missing occasionally), but, when you revved the motor the wire lifted off.
The reason takai thought it was only running on 2 or three cylinders was there was no oxygen sensor fitted to his extractors and he had a leak from 2 cylinders because of it, it definately sounded like a miss.
