Hey guys,

do any of you have any contacts for a good/cheap panel beater in the hills area ?

oh dude,

sorry I didnt' reply sooner.. ok

I used a guy called Grahame Jenkins, he did a good job for a good price. Actually the job on the sunroof wasn't brilliant (didn't get ALL the rust out), but he does what you ask even if it is fiddley dumb stuff (like my mudflaps Very Happy) But he got the colour spot on perfect.

His number is 9680 2017 and he will probably give you a quote on the spot if you go see him, and a competitive one at that.

His addy is Units 79-80 / 4 Hoyle Ave Castle Hill

HEHEHE thanks man - sorry for the bump, was in a hurry to get some good contacts..that said, I have been through the whole of Castle Hill and seen all the panel beaters (that were open).

Your guy is booked out for the next 4 weeks... dammit..

I kinda need it ASAP

On another note, how much do you expect to pay for colour coding:

1 x side mirror and to

2 x re-black the outside of the door surroundings ?

not sure dude, I paid $500 for my sunroof to be re-done, my mud flaps done.. under a strip on my passenger side door that had some rust and my front bar and little side bars.

Friggn brilliant I reckon.

So you may be up for, what, $100-$140?? I don't know if they have like a "minimum charge" or anything. And I can't see it Smile

The biggest pain would be matching the paint I reckon.

Dude, I would take the mirror off and drop it in if it is easy to take off. When you get them to do it though, get them to make up some extra paint and give it to you in a tin, that way you have some nice touch-up paint to take home.

I know Grahame will probably do that for you. Heaps nice guy
