URGENT 1jz water pump removal

have managed to loosen the front section of the pump. it will rotate a little each way but won't seem to come off, any ideas on what i've missed?
there are still bolts holding in the rear section of the water pump. can anyone help with their locations? it looks like one of the bolts is partially behind the timing belt/front engine cover, is this right, and how do i remove it?
thanks.

I have realised 2 things today
1. that car interiors accumulate a LOT of crap over 20 years - I now plan to vacuum everyhting before I put the carpets in
2. I'm never talking to a water pump again. I'm gonna grab someone who knows what they're doing to help me out, so I dont break anything (like the timing of my car)

if anyone who's taken a timing belt off wants to come round tomorrow, that'd be nice
my main issue is I've never done it before, so I want someone who knows what they're doing in case I manage to stuff up impressively

according to aust soarer owners website, you need to remove the crank pulley and harmonic tensioner to change the timing belt... is there any way to avoid this? (silly question I know... but I dsont have a rattle gun handy, and the engine doesn't crank at the moment, so there's no way I'm getting the crank pulley off)

If you have a starter motor and a battery to hook up to it, getting the crank pulley off isn't a problem.

Draven another reason I didn't touch it, 3-4 hours of labour at around 60 dollars an hour is worth not having to stress about anything for such a big job. Espcially if they have done it before.

well, the starter is working now (soon as I charge the battery), so there should be no troubles getting all that off.
I've got a friend who works in a performance work shop, and if I ask him very nicely, he might help me finish the conversion

Cheers Dave, I forgot all about that to be honest, details have been PM'd.
Draven - Depending on when you want to swap over this pump I might be able to help you swap it over.
