ive got a map sensor off a later model corolla is it possible to wire it up so as to run instead of the 4age one as i can't seem to find one anywhere.

i think you are typing to say that you have a late 4age map sensor, but were after an early type (ae82/86 type) sensor that has a different connector.

the 3 wires are (when looking from above the sensor - i think!)
VC (5v power suply from the ecu)
PIM (siginal wire)
E2 (earth)

i do not know how this equates to the earlier sensor, but someone might have a detailed enough diagram that tells you - my ae86 manual just tells you the wire colours

yr engine might not run good if u dont have map sensor to siut the ecu

what mapo sensor u after

i have a 100kw map sensor for sale if you want it

or is yr engine an 86 kw

i can get you one maybe

its the 86kw map i need if you could get one that would be sweet _T_ sold me one but found out wasnt right when i got it in the post.
