gday fellas im looking for some 17" black five spokes to suit a ST162 celica. can anyone help me out? dont care about rubber

probably not what you want but i have some WRX 16" 5 spokes that are black with a slight silver/bronze pearl in them. fairly sure they would fit your car offset wise (stud pattern is correct).

i'm is Sydney. the rubber is falken's and tread is good except for one tyre the outside edge is worn. i bought them about 3-4 weeks ago for $700, so would be looking for roughly the same, but if interested make me an offer.

ahhhhh nitrous_injection don't bother they won't fit.
I was originally gonna get a set of 16" gold wrx rims for my st162, they have the same stud yes 5/100 but wrx offset is 45, while st162 is 38. so the inside of the wheel touches the strut. they fronts seem to fit fine, but the rears don't even come close, and you can't get spacers large enough to push them out
trust me I tried a full set on my car.

pretty much the problem i had (38mm offset as well), was told that celicas would fit on fine though (i got a camry  ) .

I have those rims, except in silver on my st184 1990 celica with no probs and no spacers or anything. I would have thought they would fit a 162 but i guess not. I'm not sure what profile rubber he has on there, but the wrx's need 50 profile, whereas celicas need 45. so your speedo will be slighly out (but hey, you get better fuel economy  ). I know people who have put 40 profile on their's just for the full low profile look, and it does look good on a celica (they look like 17's)

yeah they're 50 profile tyres. the guy at Tempe Tyres said they'd fit a celica, just not my camry. oh well.

yeah they would fit the st18* series fine, like I said they fit the front of an st162 fine, it's just the rears they touch the strut a 5-7mm spacer may do, but it's highly illegal, the largest legal spacers allowed are 2mm, where the st184 has a slightly different rear suspension setup, they have a bit more room down there
