Cheapest AE86 disc brake conversion?	Sat, 10 January 2004 18:47

Cheapest AE86 disc brake conversion? I know you can use component from other vehicles in order to use a disc-brake setup (and maybe even LSD) in AE86. Can someone list what parts to source to do this? Also heard about using a Hilux or older Commodore LSDs. What is involved in fitting one? Thanks. [Report message to a moderator]

i think that whichever way you choose to go about it, you'll end up spending 1-2000 on the setup. hilux diffs are quite heavy? you're probably best off sourcing out a t-series rear end. [Report message to a moderator]
