How many bolts hold these to the car?
Ive only seen an auto 1 that had 4
My ke70 didnt have holes in the same position so i wasnt sure if it fits.
Ive just adapted the KE70 1 for now

Ok
got the panelvan completely stripped & picked up a all blue interior stuff for it.
going to take the engine bay back to bare metal next.
I'm also yet to finish the A conversion on my sedan so time is a bit limited as i go back to work next week:(

I'm converting a ke70 sedan to 4age. actually had an AE92 lined up but it was taken just before i got there:(
shouldnt need anything for the panelvan as i already had it up & running before i pulled it apart.
Just having trouble finding a crossmember for my sedan & i havent even seen an AE71 manual one because all the cars ive looked at have had them removed with the gearbox:(

Actually got a question on the panelvan
when i tried to start it there was no power from the start switch to starter motor. Had you removed anything? Did it have a start relay? My sedan has to have a relay for this.
I need to get hold of a wiring diagram that shows all this sort of stuff but having trouble getting hold of 1

the wiring for the starter was sold off with the 4ag.
in amonst the bits and pieces that I gave you extra you will find the wiring needed for the starter. I grabbed them of an ae71 and it just plugs into your loom.

Thanx for that, thought something was missing. i'll sort it all out once i get to that stage & get hold of a wiring diagram.
My KE70 has 4 bolt holes for the crossmember but they are far apart, the AE71 auto i looked at actually had 3 each side & the crossmember used the rear 4. i guess i bolt it up just using the rear 2.
Out of the 15 or so AE71's i looked at not 1 had a manual crossmember anyway so i'm stuck using my dodgy 1 for now.

when i go back to work i think i'll just make a decent 1 from scratch.
I was hoping for a factory looking 1 but it seems too much trouble.
The ke70 1 is a bit dodgy.
